户口本翻译模板注意事项及常用词汇

看到客户在网上找来的户口本翻译模板，很多翻译得不准确，甚至闹笑话，或者出现重大歧义或原则性错误。现将本公司在户口本翻译时常用的词汇跟注意事项总结出，供各位参考。

户口本翻译模板常用词汇：

1．户号：Household number

2．集体户：Corporate，非农业集体户：Non-agricultural corporate。（集体户口常住人口登记卡：Registry of De Jure Population in Corporate Household）

3．派出所Police station；公安分局Public Security Sub-Bureau（市辖区级）；公安局Public Security Bureau（地、市、县级）；公安厅Public Security Department（省级）

4．户主或与户主关系

a、户主本人，就填Householder himself或Householder herself。

b、如果是户主的父母、配偶、儿女、兄弟、姐妹，直接填Father、Mother、Husband、Wife、Son、Daughter、Brother、Sister即可。

c、长子、次子之类，不需要加first，second之类的序数词，因为具体栏目里已经有出生日期，年龄大小自然就比较出来了。

d、儿媳、女婿不可用Son-in-law/Daughter-in-law，易引起歧义（多数情况下指“养子女”或“继子女”），应当用Son's wife/Daughter's husband。

户口本翻译模板注意事项：

居民户口簿具有证明居民身份状况以及家庭成员间相互关系的法律效力，是户口登记机关进行户籍调查、核对的主要依据。户籍登记机关工作人员进行户籍调查、核对时，户主或本户成员应主动交验居民户口簿。

户主对居民户口簿应妥善保管，严禁私自涂改、转让、出借。如有遗失，须立即报告户口登记机关。
